There are many ways to get to Lindholmen. You can take the free ferry, bike, bus or car.
The Älvsnabben ferry is free and leaves every eight minutes between Stenpiren and Lindholmspiren, weekdays between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The ferry journey takes six minutes and the Dome is a two-minute walk from the ferry berth. The Älvsnabben ferry stops at the Lilla Bommens Hamn – Stenpiren – Lindholmspiren – Slottsberget – Eriksbergs berths. Use a Västtrafik ticket to pay for the trip. To Västtrafik.
From the city center, take Götaälv Bridge and follow the signs to Lindholmen, parallel to Lundbyleden. The trip from Gothenburg Central Station takes around twenty minutes. You can also bike to one of the ferry berths and take your bike on the ferry to Lindholmen. At Lindholmen you can also find bikes from Styr & Ställ that you can rent for any period. Read more here!
The 16/16x route leaves every three minutes during the morning and afternoon rush hours. From the Nordstan stop (Gothenburg Central Station) to Lindholmen takes 6–8 minutes. You can also take buses 31, 45, 55, 58, 99, 121, 176 and 177.
We recommend the electric bus route 55
Gothenburg’s first electric bus service, which is silent and emissions-free. It runs on electricity from wind and hydro power. The route is one of the world’s most modern, and allows passengers to charge their phones on board. The same tickets are valid as for other public transport. Sometimes neither bikes nor public transport are feasible. If you need to drive, the journey takes 5–10 minutes from Gothenburg Central Station. Check the route on Google Maps.
From Götaälv Bridge or Tingstad Tunnel: Turn on to Lindholmen/N Älvstranden off the Lindholmsmotet traffic junction. Follow the signs to Lindholmen.
From the E6, E20 or E45: Turn on to Lindholmen/N Älvstranden off the Lindholmsmotet traffic junction. Follow the signs to Lindholmen.
From Älvborgs Bridge and Torslanda: Drive towards Norra Älvstranden through the Lundby Tunnel. The exit for Lindholmen is immediately after the tunnel. Follow the signs to Lindholmen.

You can find parking for both Styr & Ställ and regular bikes around the Dome of Visions or at the Lindholmen conference center.
Parking is almost always available along the sides and down toward the water. There are 42 charging stations in and outside RE Förrådet on Anders Carlssons street. Some spaces may be used by regular cars, while others are reserved specifically for electric cars. There are 210 parking spaces at RE Förrådet on Anders Carlssons street, as well as bicycle parking.
